Project Description

***We are reposting this project as the last freelancer cut corners and did not follow the majority of the posted requirements for the project. They did excellent work until we released half of their milestone then they stopped working and each "solution" created more problems than it solved.****

Here are the amended sections to this project.

The template is mostly completed, but the backend code is is complete disarray and some sections of the template will need to be completely redone since the changes this developer made were not compatible with Joomla templates and instead changed core files.

There is a compiled list of over 30+ issues we have found with the template that need to be fixed. If your solutions to issues create more issues you will be expected to fully fix the additional issues you created without increasing the budget.

We will provide full details once you have signed the NDA.

Due to continued dishonesty with freelancers we will not release any milestone even partially until the project is 100% completed to our satisfaction.

We need a professional, and honest Joomla developer that will create a fully compatible Joomla 3.0 template. This template has already been designed and we know what we would like but this does not mean we will hold your hand for every step of the process. You must be able to creatively make decisions and provide input on best functionality. Additionally our quality assurance team (actual developers) will check your work and if it is not up-to-par you will be required to fix it according to our requirements.

> Complete template must be hand made with HTML5 and CSS3. Using automated Joomla template creators will not be acceptable or work for our purposes. If the template is not created in HTML5 and CSS3 you will be required to do so.

>No mention of your team, yourself or anyone else will be allowed or tolerated. You will be working under our name for the duration of the project. References, mentions, logos, images and other inputs into the template or site are not allowed.

>99% of the design was made around what CSS3 can accomplish alone. We require though that for any images that are put on the template that they be optimized for the web and a lower file size with unnoticeable quality loss.

>Communication and Creativity is a must. You will be provided with 3-4 PSD templates that will need to work for the entire site. We will not make a PSD file for every single possible page in the site.

>This is a Joomla 3.0 template and the template will need to work with the CSS bootstrap system for different resolutions that is now in Joomla 3.0

>There are elements on this design that were provided to us by the customer. These images / logos have degraded and will need to be touched up and restored to pristine condition so that they can be used in the template of the site.

>The site must be fully modular with Joomla. The end-user should be able to completely change any aspect of the site, articles, modules, components and other items in the Joomla administration without any knowledge of HTML, PHP or any other type of computer language or code.

>The site must be minimalistic and dozens of third party extensions will not be allowed. You will be expected to create the template and its desired functionality. For just one example: drop-down menus without the need for a specialized extensions that uses its own javascript or stylesheets. Or accordion menus or slideshows that use only CSS3.

>This template must be fully cross-browser compatible to each type of browser and version.

You are expected to have a full knowledge of the following fields:

Advanced CSS3

We have worked with about 8 freelancers and none of them knew HTML5 or CSS3 like they said they did. If you know basic or even advanced CSS and HTML that does not mean you are versed in HTML5 and CSS3. We will be requiring work shown in a live environment before the project is awarded to you.
