One of our customer owns the domain [url removed, login to view] and he wants to have something like a web portal around telecommunication services for the end-user. There should be some topics around the term "CALL" in relation to telecommunication and social networking e.g. "calling", "telephone", "mobile phone", "hotlines", "helplines", "premium rate numbers", "I call you", "call me" and many other things. Because of his lack of time our customer has no ideas right now. The web portal has to be made with a premium open source CMS like JOOMLA or TYPO3 so the customer can edit contents by himself. The job consists of the following: - Proposals of above-mentioned. - Complete development of the website / web portal. - Logodesign and webdesign. - SEO and internet marketing (could be separated in a new project). - Continuing long-term work on the web portal (could be separated in a new project). Ideas and suggestions are highly appreciated. Please DON'T just post your standard bid descriptions and company descriptions. Please provide more of your specific thoughts and ideas about this specific project with your bid. More detailed description of the project could be provided later on.
