498458 Ecommerce Site Ordering Customization

We have a website that sells sportswear. We would like to offer customers the ability to customize their sportswear order and to receive quantity discounts. When I say customize their sportswear, I mean the ability to add a name, graphic or number to the front or back of a piece of apparel. We will be offering this customized printing on shirts and jackets We want it to work something like this: 1) There will be a link on the site that will say something like CUSTOMIZE YOUR SPORTSWEAR 2) When customers click on this link they will be taken to a page that shows them which items of apparel are available to be customized. 3)When customers click on the item that they would like to customize they will go to a page that will allow them to customize the item and place the order for that item. 4)Customers will be given a selection of a few options of how they would like to customize their apparel. For example, 1-Number printed only on back. 2-Number printed on front and back 3-Number printed on front with name and number on back, etc. There will be about 5-7 custimization options. 5) When customers indicate how they would like to customize their apparel they will be able to view what it will look like. 6) When customers place their order it must be integrated into our existing shopping cart. Customers must have the ability to order other items from the site in addition to the customized apparel and complete the transaction in one shopping cart. We need a top notch programmer who also has some graphic design skills who can do this quickly and efficiently. We would also need a product manangement section set up where we would be able to change/add product and change pricing, as this will be constantly changing.
