The contractor must have proven modern experience with these and their surrounding technologies. Other team members will be primarily responsible for the back-end and systems administration. Most of our sites are theme based so you have a great template to go off of.

We are looking for a team player, someone that can work with others remotely. This is not a project where you will be working off by yourself with no input or involvement from others. The individual will need to be available via email and Skype and be responsive to features, bugs and questions. The contractor must also be a self-starter and a well-rounded developer; they take ownership of their product from end to end and deliver a well thought-through and tested product. We do not want someone that requires very detailed task based direction and baby-sitting.

All of these projects are in active development and will be for a while; there is no "end", only milestones. There is a bulk of initial work to be done to get the current products released; after that will be incremental features. We are looking to develop a long term relationship with a contractor. We need someone that can reliably commit 10-20 hrs a week.
