Part Time Worker for xmas

Hi, We're a learning centre, tutoring service. We need to create a website from a template and graphics in vector format (Illustrator) please forward your past works for review. I'll provide text, and some graphics guidelines you'll have to come up with a creative way for the website i.e. online advertisement. PHP, MYSQL would be great since our current / outdated website is in php and mysql. So this should be the first, simple and many more work to come. Please indicate if you're good at illustrator / adobe, php, mysql, ......... any skills that you have.
