Pulling data from one website to place the data in a form

I run a website called runescape-tip.com. Many of my competitors have something that I don't. Stat signatures. It's hard to explain with the limited text but it's something like this. If you go to [url removed, login to view] (The official game) and click on high scores then type in your characters name, stevex33 in my case, it will display your stats, assuming your in the high scores. the following is a competitor: [url removed, login to view] type in stevex33, select a background colour, then submit. In short, I want that. It should auto update i.i. pull the data again once every week. It will involve some graphic work as well as coding. The winning bidder will be the person I'm likely to choose for future projects with this site (I have a LOT in mind and I'm willing to pay more for those projects in future). Please contact me asap.

## Deliverables

1) Explanation of how I can change the layout, size and graphics to suit my needs. 2) Provide on-going support into any functions that require extra explanation 3) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
