We are a NYC based IT/Tech support company. We have a strong cliental here on the UES, in addition to clients we work with remotely all over the country. We have a group of skilled technicians who can work with clients on-site or remotely, on anything ranging from computer/iPad/iPhone emergencies, technology-based tutorials, basic technology maintenance and more. Our clients turn to us for advice on how they should upgrade their systems, or what their next purchase should be, because they know that WE know THEM, and we will tailor any and all advice to their specific needs. What distinguishes us from other IT companies is that we develop a relationship with our clients on top of providing them with reliable service. When they want to learn about something, or become more proficient with something tech-based (YouTube, Apps, Hard Drive storage, iTunes, iPhoto) they count on us to send a reliable, patient technician who can work at their speed to help tech them what it is they want to know. It's tech support with a twist....

Overall we want our website to be clean, sleek, easy to navigate, aesthetically pleasing. Nothing cheesy. We would NEED someone who can install a calendar plugin and make the website mobile-friendly.
