We are looking for a web developer that has creative design skills in addition to technical application skills. The main website will have five main landing pages: “Home Page, About/Contact (with CAPTCHA), Services, Products and News”. It will need a robust Content Management System (CMS) so changes can be easily made. Behind the “Services” page will be a hidden portal for users to log into. First time users will need to be able to register on-line or information entered by the administrator. The website will need a secure administrative login that will be password protected. Within the administrative section information will need to be entered and edited. The website application will be integrated to a SQL database that will have user information and test results. The test results will be uploaded from a proprietary piece of test equipment. For development purposes the “Test Results” data will need to be simulated.
The database will be queried to create various forms. The forms will need to be saved in a PDF document and provisions need to be included to be able to e-mail (SMTP) the forms to the appropriate recipient.
I am looking for applicants that have creative ideas for the website design and that will be available to make changes as the design evolves. I need someone that can explain how and why they are implementing various processes. I will want to monitor the progress and review the development using the program WAMPSERVER.
