Project Description

I need a coder to set up a script, a control panel, and a database for a website then be able to clone the same script to other websites. No strings attached, I should be able to install the script on as many sites as I wish. I need to have full control of the control panel. No tricks!!!
The site will be connecting a local service provider to clients for a small fee.
The service provider can input the details of the service into the website by themselves and clients should be able to search for same service in different areas. The details of the listing are to include pictures, videos, maps and text.
Every website should have the ability to search the same database in different areas even though the site is specific to just one area.
When the service is imputed into one local site that information should go to all other websites in order to create new content to all sites all the time.
The users(clients) should be able to log in, create an account and be able to see the service providers accounts and services but without their contact information at first.
The service provider’s account should have the option for users to see and leave feedback about the quality of service received. A positive and negative, with a 5 star system and comments.
The client’s should only be able to see the providers account service, etc but no contact info to be released unless the small fee is paid by the service provider to us. If the deal should fail the service provider should be reimbursed when both client and service provider confirms by email that the deal did not go through. Everything should be automated.
When confirmation of deal complete is received the account closes, the listing is marked as inactive and email is sent to client for feedback. The service provider will be asked at that time if they want to leave the listing active if they have more services available of the same at that time.
“The service” will be provided and paid by the client directly to the service provider outside the site after the deal was closed. We will be out of the picture at that time. They will sign a disclaimer to hold us harmless.
The service is normally paid in monthly installments.
We get paid one weeks’ worth. We call it one week but is really 25% of one month’s service.
The service provider can chose the monthly price based on the size of the service. Regardless of the price we get 25% of first month.
The home page should have first of all two big categories: 1st is add a service 2nd find a service.
Then under that will be the about us page, contact, testimonials, our team, and a blog page.
Also a log in and register button with social media logins. As a 1st time site viewer you should not be able to see more than 5 service listings until you are asked to register.
Links to social media accounts should also be integrated. Facebook, tweeter, linked in, YouTube, G+, etc… I will set up the social media accounts myself.
There will be approximately 15 sites at the beginning, in the state of California.
We will need Referral links for users who refer craigslist business. They should be able to get paid a percentage of what we earn every time their referrals sign up to the site and every time the business happens. I should be able to change that percentage as I wish and be different case by case from my control panel. If their account is inactive for a number of days that I can change, the referral payment stops. They will have to bring a min amount of referrals per month to stay active.
Automatically after the service provider signs up to the site, the user who refer them to the site will be emailed an html code and invited to post their referral ad to their personal craigslist account. That html it’s a professional good looking template generated puling data from the database such as description pictures video and direct links back to site for contact.
