It is a system that takes order from sales person and the system will email back to office. First, we will need to export ms excel file into mysql database, this might be a routine job, means they will need to upload excel file every day. So this needs to be built in. They will have, SKU, product name, stock level, size, how many units in one box, carton price, unit price etc. So now the system have the stock details right? So salesperson has an account each one. They will use the website to key in order. They just key in partial sku, or product name, some choice will come out now. After they select the item, price will show, so now they input qty to be order. Then key in next products, on and on. Then after done, once press submit, the system will deduct the stock level, and write to an excel file, and email back to office.

• Upload Excel
• View and edit order
• View and manage products
4.2 Salesperson Panel
• Create order(Input products name or SKU code and QTY)
• View and edit delete order(when edit and delete, needs send email back to office)
- Upload excel and update mysql table
- When create sales order, it will turn the order into excel and attached into email. Format will be given.
