Project Description

Computer repairshop

Services
Remote support
in house repairs/service/support
on site repairs/service/support
more services coming later

Easy step for customer to register tickets trough webforms:

Mhelpdesk (used today), hosted/cloud service. Easy to implement webforms.

(At a later stage I may go over to Commitcrm instead of mhelpdesk.)

( [url removed, login to view]:_Automatically_Creating_New_Accounts_for_Web_Site_Visitors )
Just an expample. ( What and how the form will work depend on what service requested)

3. Webform with one of the above crm will create a ticket/request trough webform. So that is now solved trough webform and hopefully payments.
(should be a https because the data sendt in form involve information?)

The remote support, have a web integration solution:
[url removed, login to view]
(not completely set on this provider, since the above remote support relay on java, that is many times disabled today)

Then it leaves me to the online/web chat session. To start interract with a customer, from my website. With a online/offline indicator.
Could be using mibew open source chat solution. (php/mysql)

I like the colors and theme on theese sites:
[url removed, login to view]
[url removed, login to view]

Almost the exact same site as this wordpress site:
[url removed, login to view]
With some minor differences at the bottom half,

*And scalable as :
[url removed, login to view]
So it could be used from a phone and larger resolution
(*If this is much work it could be done later)

2 different tasks:

1:
arranging the structure/template of the site. frames, achitecture systems, backend? etc. choosing [url removed, login to view] navigation etc.

2. Making the caractures and graphic on the site. Could also be without making the 4 illustrations that will be showing, and the buttons/icons for it.

The site will also be adding more services and function later down the road.
So structure is important.
