This is a very small project and is basically a trial for me. In fact it is hardly a programming job (more for a good admin assistant), so I hope you're not offended. The end product of this project is a one-page MS word or Adobe document/template that will be used to note down facts from calls or meetings. Call this CRM tool level 0001. There will be boxes to be checked as well as blanks to be filled in, which will be done either on the computer (by cycling through the boxes/blanks using tab or something) or by simply printing the form and manually (using pen/pencil) checking boxes/filling in the info onto hard copies. Over time I will want to edit the format of the document so it needs to be flexible. The document needs to look nice and professional. A turn or two of format editing should be included in your bid. To make things really easy, I have even done a word document with the rough layout of the info (attached). In my doc all the blanks and boxes to be checked are static. In addition to making this all beautiful, you would turn those into working blanks and check boxes. I will also give the programmer an .eps file or other with my company logo to be inserted. In the future it would make sense to turn this form into a simple database that could be filled in using prompts, but that's in the future. If you have bright ideas about how to do this better, I am happy to hear them. I just need something FAST (!) to help me get a bit better organised as a first step. Thanks a lot.
