I am developing a WordPress site and stuck at image slider and would looking for help on the same

1. I attached the image for the example of the design we are looking at.
2. Image and all text should be manageable from admin
plz note that the wp site is responsive design
person with good jquery skills and wordpress should bid and done work on accordion slider in past to show case work will be preferred for the job
