Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen!
I have a very simple task for someone who knows HTML (basic document structure / creating tables with joined rows somewhere) and basics of PHP. From my friend, I have received around 30 documents (scanned tables, official forms), which we would like to convert into HTML, PDF and Excel. Complexity of these documents are really huge. Simplest one is like 3 columns and 5 rows, but most advanced is 15 columns and 20 rows. You must be someone who is detail oriented as, the worst what may happen is, we miss some columns or rows (I don't want to check your job very very carefully - I want to trust that everything work fine).
Because, I would not like to show all these documents to public, I decided to choose hourly based payment. In my opinion (I am developer too), it is like 80 hours job. Of course, if I am wrong and it requires more work, then I will accept it.
I did small research and:
1) You need to create HTML document manually based on scanned one. Every cell must has unique ID.
2) Generate PDF, I want you to use mPDF library ([url removed, login to view]). It is able to create PDF directly from HTML. Very short part.
3) Generate Excel. I want you to use phpExcel library ([url removed, login to view]). I understand it may be hard to achieve exactly same form as in HTML, so it should be just similar.
The last issue is, the scanned documents are not in English. Some of them are in German, some in Czech, so there are national chars. You absolutely do not have to write date with national chars - I will prepare a small list how to change national char into English one.
I would ask you to install time tracking system, for example this one [url removed, login to view]
If you have a problem with English, I can also speak with you using: Pashtu, Urdu, Hindi or German.
Money will be transferred once a week by Paypal, Skrill or something similar - we pay transfer fee.
Ok, it is probably all. If something is unclear, please send me a message.
Thanks for all offers but I can choose only one of you. Companies are not preferred. It would be great to see a proof you really know what is going on in HTML and PHP.
