Edit/Add a new custom page on a Wordpress Template

I have a website- www.ifghedging.com. The page was built with the Over Easy theme by Woo. Unfortunately the person who originally designed this site for me is no longer available. I've tried to add a new page (the one that says QV-Demo from the navigation). But that is not working properly because I'm clueless in this area. Here's what I need, if possible:
when the QV-Demo is clicked a mock-up page comes up asking for a username and password. (Note: this is just a mock-up, so we would supply Demo and Demo for the username and password and automatically go on to the next page.) The next page would have the existing header, but the body of the page is fullscreen (wide). That's it. Super simple, but too confusing for me. :-) Your initial bid should only include the password page and the new page with the existing header and fullscreen body, a footer is not necessary. However in the details of your bid, I would also like to know, for curiosity's sake, how much it would cost to actually have a functioning username and password enabled. I'd like to get this job finished in the next 24-48 hours, so i will be replying quickly. Thank you.
