Five basic website design graphic and wordpress template mobile compatible

I'm looking for a design of four distinct wordpress templates. Create some cool graphic visual regarding the subject given, and implement in a template file. Websites are to be simple, and have the classic 5 page approach based on the wordpress. So once the templates are created it would basically just a matter of adding other pages on wordpress. The five sites are completely different in subject, and will require a different template to each one. No need of anything related to "login", "visitor database" or any other complex things. Just basic good visual. It does need however the simple social media links, which is also very easy. I'm very tight in budget for this one as it's for myself. So I'm looking to spend $100 maximum on this project. A good designer should be able to do it in a couple of hours, which means about $50/hour.
