Project Description

I am looking to use JOOMLA and available modules/plugins for an ecommerce based site that focuses on rentals as well as sales of items.

Looking to emulate a multivendor platform site similar to With a scheduling system like [url removed, login to view] (rentals).

The site should utilize plugins such as multicart/ multivendor cart system to allow users to create their own "stores" (much like emulating Etsy). Where they can then list physical items for a one time sale AND for rental (where the item is returned accordingly). So, a scheduling system that works with the inventory between users and their store is needed. Also, a shipping API (FEDEX) will be needed to both calculate shipping costs based on cart items and distance as well as facilitate access to shipping labels for both parties to access from the site's master account. For the shipping out and return of goods. Site will also incorporate both a subscription membership system AND Paypal Adaptive payments for commission splits.

Think AirBnb for physical items.

I would also like a few smaller features like a "best offer" option for items, such as seen on ebay and the like.
