Migrate website to Drupal

Hi, I am looking to migrate [url removed, login to view] to Drupal. Everything will remain the same: Content, layout, design, etc. With the exception of all pages that require a login, will need to be directed to a Drupal login page, we are changing the membership registration, events, etc to CiviCRM.
Drupal and PHP expertise is a MUST!
Please do not bid if you are not comfortable to php and CiviCRM. Please research CiviCRM before bidding, to make sure you will be able to help. I will need some minor modifications in CiviCRM and make the membership sign up, events, and pages look exactly like they currently appear.
The theme itself must be CiviCRM friendly, I do not know the difference but most themes do not work properly if you are signed into CiviCRM. Below is a link to a "CiviCRM friendly" theme, it is up to you to know the difference and make the new one work.

When everything is tested and approved on our staging server, I will then need everything migrated to our production server when we cut everything over.
Deadline: I need this done ASAP, a previous freelancer ditched me on the job and left me high and dry, the customer is expecting approval testing by 12-1-13.
