I am a photographer and owns the Danish-based site brogaard.com. I am looking for someone to help me upgrade the site to a responsive design and upgrade some of the graphic design as well as implement database-featrures, that allow users to tag their photos and have all the tags stored in the database. The website gives access to 1000s of our clients pictures - either for approval or for download. We work on making the login-proces simpler and especially the website faster. We want to keep our different features - google-translate, banners etc, as well as we want to keep the basic structure and feel of the site.
The website is built in Adobe Lightroom using the web module and 3.party-plugins (especially TTG). Lightroom and TTG is a daily tool in our workflow and we want to keep it that way.
We will provide the basic-website-structure, but need you to assist in converting current php-hooks to the new site. Among other things the php-hooks define the menu-line.
The site contains a large database with pictures. We want the clients to have access to tag the pictures themselves and these tags should be reflected in the search-process. For example they want to exclude persons no longer hired by their company. This should be setup by a default filter. But the tags should also be used for search-purposes.
In order to make the website faster, we are planning to change to Us-based BlueHost. We expect the new site to be developed there.
It is important that the current galleries are fully compatible in the the website.
When finished we want our site to be fast, not cluttered and easy to maintain by ourselves. We expect the site to transform gently on mobile devices. Userfriendliness is the top feature and we expect you to be focused on this aspect.
