Part 1: Registration
A web form the works on desktops, ipad, and iphones. This ajax form has 5 fields that are ALL required:
1. Concierge Name
2. Hotel
3. Address
4. Phone Number
5. Email
Part 1a: Thank You Message
A thank you message appears after the form has been succcessfully submitted. This will be an image. Please do not constain the porportions of this image.
Part 2: Autogenerated Email
An html email that can be edited by me that is sent to the registration email (see Part 1 #5)
Part 3: The Admin System
Located at /admin this system will contain 12 columns that are stored in a MySQL database:
1. Concierge Name (see Part 1 #1)
2. Hotel (see Part 1 #2)
3. Address (see Part 1 #3)
4. Phone (see Part 1 #4)
5. Email (see Part 1 #5)
6. Customer Name (entered by Admin)
7. Gallery (entered by Admin)
8. Image Purchased (entered by Admin)
9. Date Purchased (entered by Admin)
10. Purchase Amount (entered by Admin)
11. Credit Redeemed (entered by Admin)
12. Available Credit (Column 10 minus (-) Column 11 = Column 12 value)
All of the fields can be edited by clicking in the field and when the field is not in focus the item is saved. If the concierge has more than once sale, the admin can click the + button under the Customer Column (Column 6) and via ajax it will add another row under the concierge that contains columns 6-11. Columns 1 and 7 can be sorted alphabetically. The totals of Columns 10 and 11 are located at the very bottom and are totaled after each Concierge and at the bottom to include all [login to view URL] entire master list can be exported as a CSV file that can be opened in MS Excel.
