Wordpress Website Hosting Transfer

Essentially I need to have a wordpress website migrated to a new host, taking along plugins and themes on the current site. The site must come across successfully; avoiding any possible broken links, with all original working plugins and themes, all media files and other files on the server. I'm looking for a full and complete transfer, duplicating what is on the current server and ftp, and taking it across to the new server. You can not simply copy and paste the files, the wordpress site must be working 100% successfully as with the current one. The website is currently hosted at [login to view URL]

NOTE: The domain is to remain the same, but the hosting is to be transferred.
A part of the job is to also transfer the domain name from the original hosting server the new hosting server.
