We are looking for an experienced programmer who is quick to reply to emails to design, test and implement a drag-and-drop interface that allows a user to create a customized HTML email newsletter online to send to multiple recipients.

Database, mail engine, live customers already use service - but we currently employ TinyMCE as our mail body editor - need to upgrade.

The new editor should support inline CSS, preview as you type, send test message, drag-and-drop and other features as needed.

Looking to roll out development upgrade within the month.

Site is written in php with MySQL backend - qmail is mail engine.
