CLONE Ecommerce Site We need a new CLONE eCommerce site developed in Open Source which has the same features (Clone) as [url removed, login to view] The eCommerce site must be based on Open Source (e.g. OS Commerce) so we can add new features to the site in the future if we wish. NOTE: Please don’t BID on this project unless you have developed very similar eCommerce Solutions. Please send link/url to the similar projects you have made. We are looking for a fantastic graphical design that will represent the quality of our company and products. The site will initially contain approximately 100 items in 10 different categories. Please also give us a price per product for you to upload the item with full SEO. We will provide all required information and images. We will require you to upload these into the site and make sure each page is optimized. We require for a specific shipping module to be made for postage, so that for every product there is a different shipping price which is determined by their zip / postal code. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
