Link Exchange (one-way or reciprocal links)

This is a first time I am posting this type of project so I am starting my bid at $100 but do bid your own price. We are looking for an experienced coder to create some one-way or reciprocal links to our website. Our website provides free information on health conditions and human diseases. It also provides Finding doctors in visitor’s area. Our web address is [[login to view URL]][1] Please include how many links you can get and the type of link. Requirements: 1. Websites must be health related 2. Links must contain our target anchor text 3. Permanent links only 4. No link farms 5. No Link directories 6. No Adult & porn 7. No press releases or spam sites. 8. No sites banned by Google. 9. No Blacklisted or spam sites 10. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. 11. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc 12. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 13. Links must be from english websites only. Thank you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
