Project Description

Programming project: Developing an ATM server using JAVA RMI

Problem: We would like to simulate the operation of ATMs (Automatic teller machines) connected to a bank, and handling the initial PIN (Personal Identification Number) validation

Solution: The service should allow multiple connections from clients representing ATM machines. The protocol between the server and a client should go something like as follows:

Welcome to ABCD Bank
Please type in your PIN number or type CANCEL 1234
Incorrect PIN. Please try again 1111

Please start your transactions

We only have a simulation here, so there is NO clients database in this server, and the PIN will be “1111?? for all clients.
