I require a personalized version of the auction website www.telebid.com. The concept is somewhat hard to explain. So it is probably best if you take a look around the website first before bidding.
The website offers goods a low prices by incrementing the price of the products by a small price each time a user bids on it and increases the live auction timer by a set amount of time to give other users a chance of bidding. A bid cost the user a set price.
The user can bid as many times as they like as long as they have sufficient bids left. The user buys the bids in a bundle beforehand and pays for any winning products if successful.
I require the website to be fully paypal integrated, Credit Card integrated with VeriSign Certificate
The site I require must work in a similar way, and by fully customizable in setting up actions etc.
One other feature that is required would be a method of which users could set the site to bid automatically for them up to a certain price.
We need a good user panel with more function for bidder, like more object to bid or to simple watch the item.
We need an admin backend where we can manipulate all the plug-in
The user must leave a feedback about the winning and a comment about the object.
We need an optimized website for search engine. SEF URL.
The work must be done in our server.
We will need the function for members to recommend their friends therefore receiving 5 or else free bids if their friend buys bids from me
We will an affiliate system for our member to get more and more credits for results
The code must be open, so we need the possibility in the future to develop the site.
Payment Terms
Payments will be released in stages. We will give 10% upfront after you design our very simple text homepage, and then 10% will be released every time you complete 10% of the project, for a total of 10 payments. This is the ONLY method we will agree to.
Additional Information
The project must be develop through a web project management system.
We need to see a project plan before start working.
The project should completed in 45-60 days.
