Project Description

We're looking for someone to design a browser-based game, similar to the iOS game 'Paper Toss' wherein an object is 'flicked' on the screen towards a goal.

The Game will load on an 'Order Success' page in Magento. Based on the outcome of the game, a call will be sent back to Magento to add an extra item to the order just placed. Alternatively, a separate order may be placed programmatically, duplicating data from sales_order_place_after (or however you want to pull the information).

In our version, the player will be throwing playing cards from the rooftop of one building to another, at moving targets. If the same target is hit three times (from three attempts) the player wins a prize. Different targets will move more/less erratically - so there is a range of difficulty for each target. The Cards will need to move based on simple physics, i.e; gravity and throw curvature and the rooftop where the targets will be located should have obstacles (e.g - Lift Well, Air Ducts, Pipes etc) that the targets can move behind .

Ideally, we would also like to show a 'Prize Board' (i.e - hit 'Target A' x 3 and Win 'Prize A') - though this is not a necessity as we can place those details on a separate HTML page. It should also have a 'Share your Score on Facebook' pop-up on completion of the game as well.

We have a number of similar ideas and opportunities that may be of interest to the successful bidder in future - so we are partially using this Project to find skilled Developers we can work with on further projects as well.

The successful bidder will need to design the game layout, graphics, animation, script as well as code the integration with Magento and Facebook, however our Graphic Designer and Magento Development Team can be on hand to assist as necessary.

Finally, we would need to receive the completed project within 6 weeks of the project being awarded. We look forward to working with the successful applicant.

Thanks, and happy bidding!
