Convert Adobe Flex project to Java

We have a web based appointment calendar that was built using Adobe Flex. We have decided to shift our development focus to Java, and want to completely rewrite the app in Java.
This project represents the first step, which is to convert the smallest module. Once we have completed this step, we will plan to convert the remainder of the app. We might repost this first job immediately and pay for solutions from more than one provider, so we can evaluate who we want to work with to complete the entire conversion.
Attached are a doc file with details, and a series of avi files showing the use of the module.
Flex experience is not required, but would certainly be helpful to evaluate our existing code. Server side uses PHP, Apache, and MySql.
