I own an on-line store and I need an e-mail ticketing script.
It needs to be integrated into my custom CMS, thing that I can do.
Just need a stand alone script. Also, I do not need the live chat.
What I need:
- e-mail ticketing ( set up the e-mails so when customers e-mail they receive a reply with a ticket number and in my admin platform I can see the ticket and assign it to different users and a department/category.
- multiple departments
- multiple users that can access the admin platform, i can set their privileges
- history of conversations
- reply straight from the platform
- multiple IMAP e-mails
- set due date for a specific ticket
