356058 OPTIMIZE FLASH ADS

Hello, I have been wanting to have my ADS optimized for my website. I want those ADS to be plain simple, no pop-ups, no audio and et cera. I also want to get a big banner or image map (720x350 or something similar) on the front page (homepage) just like youtube or myspace home page, but I want those to be under flash(or anything) that users have the option to close it, listen to the audio, and or just ignore it. The second one is on top of the video before it can be played. Just like [login to view URL] video player, where the video does not load until the user click on the "click here to play" banner ad on top of the video player. Again, no pop-ups, and audio like [login to view URL], it is very annoying. I like the simple ad banner like [login to view URL] have. My video player is nuevolab and it already have almost everything with regards to ADS. I just need the flash file or script to integrate with the player.
