We require a web programmer to make a HTML version of our existing quiz engine that was built with adobe flex. The existing quiz engine pulls questions for individual quizzes from an XML file. The HTML version should be compatible with the existing XML structure. This new version should run smoothly on all browsers (within reason).
In addition, we would like to make an improvement on the existing quiz framework and create a quiz management system where the quizzes would be stored and managed online using a simple administration panel. We'd like an option to 'export' individual quizzes to be used in online courses that we develop. This part of the project should be quoted on separately as it is an option that may not require initially.
A demonstration of the existing quiz can be found here:

The XML used in this example is attached with this document ([url removed, login to view]).
The existing quiz engine was created with adobe flex. Using the quiz engine we have created hundreds of different quizzes. To create a new quiz all we needed to do change is a single string from within the Flex project and release a build (this string just pointed the app to the correct XML file that holds the questions). From this release build we create a SCORM object then upload this to an LMS.
What we want to do is replicate the same project using HTML. The quiz management system would allow us to create release builds and export the quizzes which we would then create SCORM files with. Creating the SCORM objects is NOT part of this project. We just need to be able to export the quizzes as a standalone project that points to a unique XML file that contains the questions. We will create the SCORM files manually.
