Set a wordpress website

I need a very good wordpress professional to put together a website. Theme was designed specifically for this project. Website contend wireframe is design. Content is select. Plugins to install are also selected. Server is prepared What do I need? To install theme and plugins and make some minor customizations on plugins. Make sure all plugins can word together properly. Customizations should be exclusively on plugins, not in wordpress code. Its not the most complicated project, but its also not the most simple. I will select freelancer in 24h. I expect to have a first conference wednesday (june 22nd) at 7 am (sao paulo brazil time). After that, all installations must be completed in 72h. I want a daily conference at 10am (sao paulo brazil time) on thursday and Friday. NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) will be required. Timeframe (as exposed above) is the only thing NOT flexible in the project. Just bid if you have the skill and availability to assume the project. After this first 72h, the final stage of project will be delivered (to same freelancer), for another price and with another deadline. Milestone payment will be released only after job completion.
