Web Scraping in PHP or Java

Looking for someone with experience with web scraping and outputting the data to an excel file. The program should be written in Java or PHP with a simple icon to click to start the program. - The program must be able to run from an icon and not from source code only. - Payment is released AFTER code has been verified to work and is properly commented. Code without comments will not be considered completed. - The website is password protected. The program must present a prompt to enter the password and remember the password. If the password does not work the program should present another prompt to change the password. - The website has multiple pages that need to be scraped. - The web scraper will must be able to be ran based on user-defined intervals, i.e. every 30 minutes. - The program must be able to run on a mac and a pc - Just to be clear, this is for a program to do web scraping.
