Write Desktop Application To Compare Two Text Files (Need this done ASAP)

Note - Only apply if you can begin working on this immediately and can deliver today. I am looking for someone to write a desktop application that I can use to compare two files. The application should have two windows that shows the text from each file and highlights the differences between the files. Even if the difference between the files is a blank space, it should highlight that so I can see it visually in the comparison windows. I'm looking to have this done ASAP and don't really have a preference on which program language you use as long as I can use it on my Windows machine (windows 8).
