AJAX JQuery Php scripting for online calculator

::INTRODUCTION:: Looking for an PHP / Javascript / JQUERY expert who can program a PHP / AJAX solution for an online simple calculator. The website has been created (HTML / CSS) and already exists. I require 5 solutions; 1> calculate the correct numbers based on the answers in the form 2> add a small BOX / text-output on the top right of the screen 3> add the fancy box popup (already included in the HTML) to the [?] links 4> add the option to mail the calculator and the selected answers to someone else 5> add the option to mail the owner with also the selected answers of the site with your name / address / etc. if you are interested (also within a Fancybox, already included in the HTML) You can see the partly created page and also another existing page used to describe the required functions / scripts! ::DELIVERY / PLANNING:: The delivery-time is 2 days after selecting a provider, selection will be as soon as possible... within 1 day hopefully! The planning for now would be to have the finished product on the 28th of November 2012! ::PROJECT DETAILS:: You can see the incomplete calculator page here: [login to view URL] (The site is dutch, but the exact content is not important!) REQUEST 1 / ADD CALCULATION -------------------------- When the user starts the calculator the questions on the left all have default answers. So the dropdowns all have values. Only the first question (how many racks / servers) is empty. When the user fills in an answer (like 10 or 20) the user can see on the right side all the correct values / calculations. So with AJAX / JQuery the calculations are done right away! The calculations are simple. The selected provider will receive an Excel sheet with all the calculations. Some example calculations are: Huidige CO2 = C3 * C4 / C5 * C7 * 8760 Nieuwe CO2 = (C3 * C4 / C5 * C7 * 400)+(C3 * C4 / 25 * C7 * 8360) <---- this is THE most complex calculation!!! Reductie = (C11 - C12)/C11 C3 for example is the first answer (like 10 or 20). C4 is the first dropdown, for example 0,5. Etc. I need you to add the calculations to the HTML-file ([login to view URL]) and make sure the calculations are executed / triggered by any changes in the form. REQUEST 2 / ADD SMALL BOX -------------------------- On the right top (look at [login to view URL]) you can see now a box with an Euro Sign. This box will show the AMOUNT saved! (also on the right bottom, the same amount!). I need another box like this right above the Euro Box. This box will show the CO2 reduction. So the user can see how much EURO they can save, and how much CO2 can be reduced. THE BLUE CIRCLE can be removed!! Add a new class / id to the existing CSS file and in the HTML code add another box. REQUEST 3 / ADD FANCYBOX TO [?] -------------------------- You can also take a look at another page. Go to [login to view URL] If you click on the light blue buttons (Hoe beantwoord ik deze vraag, Opslaan en later verder gaan, Neem contact met mij op) then you get a Fancybox. I need the same fancybox on the little [?] buttons behind the answers. So people can get extra information in the fancybox. REQUEST 4 and 5 / MAIL TO FRIEND / MAIL OWNER -------------------------- Again look also at [login to view URL] I need the user to be able to mail this page including the selected answers to a friend. So the friend can click on an URL and see the same page with the same answers.
