516698 Application to manage letters posting and voting on Facebook

The campaign idea is that a women will invite her husband to participate by writing a love letter to her and posting it in the contest. Women will vote for the different letters. The winner will be the most voted letter, as well as a draw among the most active voters. I'm attaching a pdf showing the flow of the application. The application will have 2 version only for the front side, English and Arabic, but they will share the same database. I want you to quote me for the following: - Development of the application. - Integration of English/Arabic CSS when available (just to make sure that the code and div are put on the right place, but not managing the text and pictures). - Full testing and debugging on all browsers before and after CSS. Browser to be tested are: IE7/8/9, Firefox 5 PC/Mac, Google Chrome 13 PC/Mac, Safari Mac. The process to be followed will be: first you prepare the html structure as that we can work on CSS in parallel... Once CSS material is ready, I will send it to you so that you can integrate it with the application.
