We want to make invoicing into Fengoffice simple and easy.
And we are going to promote and sell the product [url removed, login to view] open source(Community edition.)
As iJobman Office
But we also need invoicing inside fengoffice, wich are not currently there today.
We have tested this one alot: [url removed, login to view]
And this invoicing software have all we need.
Question is, what will it take to get [url removed, login to view] inside of [url removed, login to view] software?
Here is the functionality we want out from this one:
Invoice should be a Tab as all other tabs in fengoffice, and this should be siwapp invoicing. So it need to open in the main window.
So it should feel like the siwapp is a part of fengoffice and NOT as a second product.
This is probably the easy part, but we also want this kind of functionality:
Create client in feng should automaticly be created in siwapp, as we do not want to do basic things 2 times.
When you create project/workspace on a client and start add hours on the project, it should automaticly be harvested in siwapp invoicing.
So when you click on invoice---> Project invoicing (This will be a new menu.) All active projects added hours on should appear here.
And you should easily look at the pregenerated invoice, able to easily edit hours.
Add whatever texts and so on, and click "Invoice project" with hours added on a project from fengoffice.
In invoicing, we want the possibility to add files, either directly from computer or from documents on fengoffice.
So all kind of documents/ images we want possibility to attach on invoice. As seperate files of cource.
This is basicly what we want.
So, we also would need to install this package for clients based on they can order iJobman Office from our site: [url removed, login to view]
Add username---> And standard name and address phone order form, submit and new iJobman Office should be generated.
And they can log into their iJobman Office from our [url removed, login to view]
We will also ask a second company we used alot for programming, so we can compare price and time of delivery. And also the one come up with the best suggestions to make this as smooth and perfect as possible.
This iJobman Office based on fengoffice will mainly be promoted for construction business, to have a complete project tool and ability to invoice it and have total control of employees, clients, sub contractors and so on.
So i hope you can come up with a easy solution to make this happen very fast, as this is urgent work!
