CRUD functionality using JQuery Datatables - repost

Need a Javascript plugin which will provide Invoice Table like functionality using JQuery Datatables and JQuery UI Dialog. Plugin needs to support Add/Update/Delete rows functionality including updating totals in footer row and show row total in last column for each row. Add new row needs to be done via Lookup dialog using JQuery Ui Dialog. Looking mainly for Javascript based functionality using JQuery Datatables (Mandatory). Initial table data needs to be loaded using Server side data load mechanism ( using "bServerSide": true and "sAjaxSource"). When user clicks "submit button" shown at bottom of table, all table data needs to be converted to Javascript array, and needs to be submitted to server. Note: For add/update/delete events, needs to use events provided by JQuery Datatables (for e.g fnFooterCallback, fnAddData ...). Please bid only if you are familiar with these.
