Need expert level help configuring JasperSoft BI (already installed and tested) and creating a reporting structure for an on-line survey. This is phase one of three on a project to build and automate our reporting system, then to integrate it for delivery within our drupal based member site.
This project is to both deliver the following and teach us how to expand on this report structure.
1 - configure JasperSoft
2 - create an operating report structure using iReports
3 - configure the operations to calculate scores (we will provide the methods)
4 - configure 1 charts in iReport. This needs to be something that can be copied and reused.
5 - A desirable extra is to add chart libraries to the standard JasperSoft installation to allow us more variety in reporting.
Delivery Timeline is Critical! This is part of a project to deliver data to a current customer and we have a short delivery deadline!
Further Detail on the Process
Our company does assessments of leadership abilities. We use online surveys, run from LimeSurvey, to deliver the survey portion.
From there, we calculate results and generate charts using Excel, then paste the results into a template built in Word. From there we create a PDF of the report to provide back to the client.
We have an installation of JasperSoft BI on our dedicated server where our LimeSurvey and Drupal based website are hosted.
