Craigslist clonechat & menu bars

Hello I am very eager to began this project & get it completed quickly. I am looking for someone that is able to complete these simple task quickly. If there is anymore clarification needed please let me no. I need a craigslist clone like this [login to view URL] This is a craigslist clone. The clone should have built in banner advertisements This is acceptable for my site I need a menu bar at the top of the classifieds script webpages. I need some fields changed to reflect personnels & not Items. (price should be age not price) I need the classifieds post ad section to have a tool bar like the one on [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] compose e-mail page This tool bar allows to change colors of text background font ect. You can view this toolbar at the compose page at [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] compose page. I would like this function set so that admin can enable or disable this function.. This site is a add on to my existing site, it will stand alone & have a separate admin panel. Only approximatly 9 url links to 9 categories will show on main site. There should be a drop down menu for locations. 2.I will also need a chat room added. The activity in the chat room should allways be visible. The chat room should have very little or no required registration. The 9 url links & chat should be placed on main site where banner advertisement goes. (Like a big banner) I need the color of the both sites changed to the same color & additional tab added to my site webpage. I also want 2 editable affiliate url links added to my main website.
