Custom Facebook like button using Open Graph API

Hi, I want to use the facebook like button and like count on my wordpress blog, but since I want both (button and count) to be custom designed, you have to use my Facebook App credentials and "Open Graph" API. Please see: [login to view URL] So what you have to do is: **OnClick of a link in each post, publish the "like" action on the users timeline with a link back to the liked post.** Thats it!
