**What I need or require:**
The job is for a professional re-working of an existing review site 'script'. Please contact me for link.
The application is coded in PHP with MySQL backend. The code must be clearly structured, efficient and secure. The script needs to be able to support third-party plugins and extensions, as well as have the potential to 'plug-in' to other third-party applications such as Wordpress or vBulletin. It must also be designed to support templates/themes. Therefore consider the development in comparision to that of other major CMS projects such as WP, Joomla!, vBulletin [url removed, login to view] application is to be distributed under license.
**What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:**
The 'workings' of the product/application is live, which I have been steadily developing over 3 years. However recent rapid growth has led to scalability issues and the growing demand for extra features and themes. The new product must make it easy for customizations and additions to be satisfied. The functionality of the current product should be replicated in a much more developer-friendly way, and some other popular features will also be integrated (details to follow later).
**Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:**
The application must be widely accessible for installation on all server-types and setups. A NDA will be exchanged prior to the work commencing.
**Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:**
**Timeframe for delivery:**
Max. 8 weeks.
