Facebook API Graph to Tag and Generate Full Facebook Post

My developers have created an input form utilizing Facebook API to post to our Fan page. This allows our staff to post to our Fan Page without allowing them to be an admin on our page. The issue that we are having is that we cannot @tag a user or page through the API nor after submitting does it show the preview and photo below the post as if you were posting while being in Facebook rather than the API.
Would like someone to provide coding and/or work with our developers to accomplish the above along with the API option of adding a photo through the API.
Willing to pay upwards of $40 for the code/work, since it is pretty standard template if you have already created it or are using it.
