Flash online audio/video recording using mic/webcam

I need a flash interface for online recording video & audio. The application must be integrated in a CMS called PHPmotion used for video&audio sharing (like youtube). But instead uploading video and audio files from their PC's, users must be able to record files online using a rec button. And the application should connect to the local camera/mic using flash permision pop-up window. Something like here: [login to view URL] When you click "sing or hum" it will record audio from your microphone and send it to server. The same here, audio and video files must be uploaded then using an upload button and there must be a delete function after recording, for the users to be able to record again that file before uploading.
