Full time employee needed

I am looking for a full time employee to work on websites for me, and will be paid directly into their bank account at the end of each month. This is an exception to the first project that will be carried out through RAC. The monthly payments will be $250- $400 a month depending on quality of work and experience. The candiate will have strong design skills: photoshop Dreamweaver Flash and advantage Strong? website coding skills including: HTML/CSS/WC2 etc.. Day to day role will be desinging in photoshop and the slicing, optimizing, coding to HTML using CSS and web compliant code. PHP/MySql would be advantage Candiate will be working form home accross the internet with? all the relevant equipment needed. Working day will be 7 hrs with an 1hr lunch Will only accept applications with visual portfoilio to look at? and an? overview of skills Closing date wil be the end of february, begining Start of March Many Thanks
