Gantry Framework Customization

I am looking for customization of the Gantry Framework for Joomla ([login to view URL]). A brief intro: I want to run 3 applications on my site…. Joomla, WordPress and phpBB3. I want to have a similar looking template for all the three. The installation goes like this: [login to view URL] ---- Joomla ---- phpBB3 ---- WordPress ---- CDN ---------- Images ---------- JS ----------- CSS Basically any aspect of the look and feel of a template is a basic CSS layout and within the template a basic layout, which is loaded with content using the application specific template tags. So let us divide this in 2 parts. 1. The Look and Feel part which is purely based on CSS and general PHP functions 2. The Content part which is purely application specific and has nothing to with the template layout and is controlled by the application specific template-tags. I want that all the static files like CSS, JavaScript, Images and other such files be placed on a Content Delivery Network. So basically you need to change all the local paths to CDN. The customization part: 1. Gantry primarily uses MooTools for some template features like ‘Scroll to Top’, ‘Lazy Loader’, ‘First Word Span Tag’ and so on. I want a provision of jQuery too. I already have the jQuery versions of all those scripts so you are free to use them or write your own. The idea is, I need the flexibility of using a single library depending on the extensions that I use in future. So fundamentally it will be a pure CSS and PHP based framework with the provision to choose MooTools and / or jQuery, if required, depending on the future needs. 2. I want to implement a Nice Mega Menu to it. I have a couple of Mega Menus with me. You can use them or build your own. 3. I want a nice User experience Control Panel in the Front-End through my Visitor can customize the look and feel of the template as he wishes for himself. I have the script also for the same. This needs to be converted to jQuery. 4. I have a plugin which saves the output of a Menu Module into a HTML format so that the output can be used in other applications too. I want it to be extended for other Joomla, WordPress and phpBB3 modules / widgets and extensions too. 5. The same Gantry Template will be extended to WordPress and phpBB3 too with changed Template-Tags. Gantry primarily uses the 960 grid System I am somehow not very comfortable with it as it becomes a challenge sometimes in complex designs. Hence I want to convert into a flexible layout with a provision to choose a fixed 960 Grid layout or a fluid layout depending on width of the screen. I have the script for this too and you can use the same. 6. All the 3 templates will get their common CSS and JavaScript from the common CDN folders and their application specific CSS from another application specific file which will load along with that particular application only. 7. I also want to cross-display some data within the applications like Latest Posts, comments and so on from WordPress to other applications and recent forum topics and so on from phpBB3 to other applications and similarly some of the Joomla data to other applications. 8. Lastly I want a Joomla 1.6 version of the same too. So well primarily this is it for a initial roundup. There could be some more small changes / additions here and there as the project progresses which we can discuss alongside. If interested, go ahead and place a decent bid. Please keep in mind I do not have a high budget for this as this is just a small customization project of a existing framework and almost 99% scripts / plugins which need to be implemented will also be given ready made by me.
