HBX Analytics js Installation (like Hitbox)

I am looking for a programmer already familiar and who has experience installing [url removed, login to view] installation of HBX analytics tracking code.
We have a PHP Smarty-Template site built on X-cart v.3.5

The Code as you will see is already installed in a "basic" way throughout the site, but I am afraid the programmer who originally installed this (two weeks ago) made multiple mistakes and so we need someone who KNOWS HBX coding WELL to do a complete code review and fix all errors in the basic installation including the commerce code on the Thank You page. We then would want you to install all possible advanced tracking functions, such as adding cookies for population groups, etc. We would want you to review tagless campaigns and funnels and help us set them up right, and perhaps offer suggestions on important metrics to look at that would spur site improvement plans.
