ImageMagic montage

I am looking for an economical script to produce an artistic overlaping collage from a group of images with each image having a javascript pop up on mouse over. It should be something with the looks and functionality of [login to view URL] [login to view URL] In addition there should be a simple function to add, remove, or edit images/links. I can supply a server to develop on. The code must be full source code PHP with no encryption. Payment done through escrow. Please contact me for any questions. 1. The pictures are ones our users will upload and also ones admin will upload. We want this to be as flexible a module as possible and the adding, editing and deletion of the pics, patterns such as the cat face, all possble via a web interface or interactive interface such as a photo sharing site. I suggest the "montage" function of ImageMagic. We would like to use this module on several sites so it should be well modularized with clear APIs. We want to be able to specify the size and style of the images in the collage to suit the application. We want mouseOver popups that you can see on the example sites above. We would want to pop up an semi-transparent information window with images and links when the mouse mouse hovers and then disappears when mouseOut. This must all be done in script and ImageMagic because the collection of images and links must be able to change dynamically as users add or remove images. We want this to be completely automatic with no manual intervention such as .fla editing and publishing. Also, in the event of a picture of a product, for example, we might want to include a thumbnail in the popup window. We want PHP to automatically create the collage from either directory of images or list of image files and maintain the links to these in a MySql database. In other words, this module would be very dynamic. PHP would create the overall collage image. A flash module such as used in the samples could be used as long as it could operate dynamically with an external file list created by the script and not require any user intervention. However, I would prefer it all be done in the PHP/ImageMagic script. I don't want just a Flash .swf that would require editing in Flash each time to change the content. We would want all rights to the code and all code must be full source code with no encryption.
