I am a featured content submitter on a top 1,000 website LiveLeak.com. I have over 25 million item views and have access to hundreds of content sources that have not been seen by the mainstream public.
I am looking to develop 2 specific websites that I plan on branching out from in the future. Both will be media intensive mostly focusing on video content.
The 1st site will be a hybrid cross of [url removed, login to view] with broad video categorization, but unlike both have an easy to navigate and CLEAN interface. It will focus on video content (some shocking*). It will feature regional categorization and need to be socially friendly. I would like to have a website member ranking system for top contributors/commenters. Also I want it to have racism filters and a silent ban system similar to Reddit where users are not aware they have been banned from comments to minimize comment trolling. Also, a forums section that is easy to navigate will be required.
*Designer must have knowledge of required legal disclaimers regarding shock content.
The second site will be a live concert footage showcase with many obscure shows as well as modern HD content. Incorporating flowplayer into both sites is essential.
With regard to details, I will get more specific with the chosen candidate.
I need a designer who thinks outside the box and is willing to help evolve these sites and maybe even partner in. I have an excellent understanding of what drives traffic, have graphic design skills & am a top 15 contributor on one of the top video submission sites on the web.
