Need a Custom Tag Component for Joomla!

Ok, we need a specific type of Joomla tag component created. It needs to have an admin interface (thus 'Component', not plugin or module). Requirements: * Be able to tag articles during creation and from within component backend. * Tag button for editor (to insert tags). * Have an option to display alphabetical listing of content by tag. * Needs to have a menu option for adding menus based on tags. * Must NOT use Joomla's built in search function for displaying tags. * Needs to load via other tags via Ajax when clicked by user. * Be specifically for Joomla! 2.5 * Absolutely NO author website backlinks visible or hidden in the code. * Should be proprietary for our company and we are to be listed in copyright credits in code. To get an idea of the function we're after, take a look at Hulu's 'Browser TV' menu. I realize this is a fairly simple creation however, we simply do not have time. Also, the budget is respective of the simplicity of what's needed. Do not apply with quotes of hundreds of dollars, as that is completely unreasonable.
